**Role**: Claims Analyst
**Salary**: £11.79 - £14.72 per hour (depending on experience)
**Location**: Daventry
**Initial assignment duration**: 6 months
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours (can start between 7am and 9am, to finish from 3pm onwards)
**This role will be onsite for the first few weeks and after initial training will become a hybrid role.**
An exciting opportunity for a Claims Analyst has opened up at our clients site in Daventry. You will be responsible for actioning claims received from customers, extracting necessary information and populating said information into templates and trackers accurately.You will be working closely with the Principal Claims Technician to ensure objectives are met.
You will be PC literate with experience using MS Office, mail and Excel with great communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive claims from the customer
- Populate the claims into necessary trackers and templates accurately
- Process claims within an agreed timeframe
- Work with other members of the department where necessary to acquire more information to close out claims
- Populate Daventry Advice Notes where necessary
- Ensure customers who enquire into returns are given an RMA
- Process debit notes where necessary
- Use Ariba purchasing system if required
- Share RTV ticket information with First Fit Customers
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, eg reporting Near Misses / Accidents, ensuring PPE is available, maintaining good housekeeping.
**Competencies**:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to a busy and varied role
- Ability to talk to customers
- Experienced in customer services/relations (desirable not essential)
