**Overview**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become a Team Leader, leading our opiate and over the counter medication support element of our service including medically assisted treatment options.

The role is a full time permanent role and we are looking for a passionate and creative individual to contribute to the leadership and ongoing development of our service.

**Responsibilities**:
The Halton service has an exciting opportunity for a permanent Opiate Team Leader.

The role will lead our opiate team for the Halton service, working across both of our Widnes and Runcorn sites. This includes working with our clinical team around medically assisted treatment options, as well as supporting coordinators leading on psychosocial support and group work delivery.

The post holder will support the service in building links with local partners such as pharmacists, GP's and hospital to ensure a joint working approach for those engaging with our service.

CGL Halton is an Adult integrated treatment and recovery service which offers a range of pharmacological and psychosocial interventions to the Halton community who are experiencing issues with drugs and alcohol use.

The post holder will be integral to ensuring a high-quality service that promotes recovery, resilience, and self-determination across the Halton Recovery service. CGL Halton support people in recovery-oriented system of intervention; the service will be user focused and aspirational in its work with service users to realise their identified goals including the attainment of highest quality of life possible, social integration and sustained recovery from problematic substance use.
