Platform Property Care (PPC) have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised and experienced coordinator to join us as a Grounds Maintenance Coordinator based in Worcestershire. This is a brand new role in our Estates team and would suit someone with a real can do attitude who loves being busy

This is a pivotal role supporting the Service Managers and the Grounds Maintenance function across the Group Operational patches to deliver their business objectives.

What could you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for providing effective coordination and administration support to the Grounds Maintenance team with a special focus on providing accurate and regular communication to enhance service delivery.

You will be liaising with internal colleagues, and then act as an ambassador for Platform, dealing with and helping to resolve queries and low level complaints with external customers, local authorities and sub-contractors in order to ensure the Grounds Maintenance service is delivered accordingly. You will play a key role in making a difference to our Customers environment.

You will have great Customer Service skills

You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills

Great interpersonal skills; you will be build strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders

Super organised and efficient, you will be able to work to strict deadlines

You’ll be the point of contact for all queries so you will readily take ownership, and be able to prioritise

You won’t shy from tackling a problem and try to resolve it yourself before escalating

Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative whilst working

You’ll also have great administration, IT and numeracy skills
