**Role Description**:
You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the key functions for the Sales and Marketing Operation.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- (Additional duties may be assigned depending on experience and the demands of the business)
- Manage the website including monitoring analytics.
- Contribute to creation and implementation of Sales and Marketing Strategies
- Organise and attend Marketing activities to raise brand awareness.
- Prepare the content of all Marketing publications and oversee distribution i.e., editorials, Employee newsletter and press releases.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion, growth, and potential clients.
- Liaise with and develop partnerships within the community, organisations, and businesses to enhance Regencyfm, profile and drive revenue opportunities.
- Evaluate and create reports for the Managing Director on all Sales and Marketing ventures and campaigns.
- Monitor and manage all expenditure with Managing Director to within the agreed budget.
- Create all content for Social Media and monitor analytics.
- Upon request create and deliver in house events and material to support the Management team.
- Coordinate and organise exhibitions / social events and attend when required.
- Support Regency’s cross training by creating and maintaining instructions on how to carry out key functions and administrative tasks.
- Subject to the demands of the business provide support to all Key Office Functions

**Our Requirements: -**
- Proven Track record as a Sales and Marketing Officer or similar role
- Good understanding of Marketing techniques and principles i.e., Adobe Illustrator, Canva
- Proven ability of creative graphic design content
- Experience of campaign development and execution
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
- Ability to multitask, excellent organisational skills and results orientated.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Creative writings skills
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for generating revenue opportunities through successful marketing.
- Although not essential, knowledge of the Facilities Management sector would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
