Miryco Consultants are working with a globally renowned Asset Manager, seeking an Operational Risk Manager to focus on technology and cyber risk. One of the main requirements for this role is someone who has industry experience in delivering and implementingtechnology products or 1st line experience. They are looking for an ambitious high performing senior risk professional to complement their team and to provide valued partnerships across the business. Responsibilities will include:

- Provide risk guidance, oversight, challenge and assurance services to enterprise and divisional partners based on the company's operational and strategic risk framework.
- Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise and operational risk methodology policy (s) through data gathering, risk review and benchmarking analysis
- Support development and enhance risk methodology.
- Develop and cultivate strong and lasting relationships with enterprise and divisional clients to understand their ongoing risk needs and to support identification of solutions. Build credibility as a thought partner.
- Provide leadership for the implementation of and compliance with the ORM framework, IT Risk Management Policy, and IT Policy to effectively manage technology related risks, enhance technology resiliency and mitigate risks against technology security threats.
- Responsible for Cyber Risk Management function and be independent from IT Operations.

Required:

- Undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree and/or Professional Certification (ACA, CIA, CISI, CISA, CISM, MBA) preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of related risk work experience (related experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability in risk management risk analysis, issues and events
- 8 years work experience in Operational Risk, IT Security, IT assurance, IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or related fields preferred
- Relevant second or third line experience are preferred
