**What we expect you to do**:
The day-to-day role requires you to:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at site.
Provide quotes for services quickly and ensuring that they are price competitive, through negotiation with suppliers this will ensure that you secure competitive market rates and delivering back to our customer best in class service whilst maintain company profit margins.
Accurately book services on to the bespoke system to ensure that invoicing can be processed accurately.
Collate weight data and record on to the bespoke system in a timely manner.
Deliver outstanding Customer Services both internally and externally through having a proactive attitude and taking ownership for everything that you work on.
Maintain customer records and service details using our bespoke system so information is accurate and up to date and can be used effectively throughout the business.
You will gain and expand your knowledge of your client’s industry and that of the waste industry. You will make a difference to your customer by using this knowledge to offer bespoke solutions to your client base in line with the client’s needs and strategic plan without compromising legislation, service provision and margin.
**You must have**:
Delivered outstanding Customer Services in a previous role
The ability to work on your own and manage your time whilst being an effective team member.
Grade C in Math’s & English GCSE
Basic IT skills, being able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You will report to the Sales & Service Delivery Manager
You will be based in Head Office at Newark
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,050.00-£23,100.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
