**FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM LEADER - BRAMSHOTT PLACE, LIPHOOK**

We are excited to be recruiting for a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic and growing F&B team in Bramshott Place, Liphook. The Food & Beverage Team Leader will lead and help develop the F&B function of our restaurant within the luxurious retirement living community.

You will be the driving force around maintaining exceptional levels of customer service, whilst maximising sales opportunities and reducing wastage. The role will suit a dynamic, confident, and innovative F&B leader who can think outside the box, identify improvements, while maximising sales opportunities.

**The Role**
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food services including the restaurant, room service and lounges
- Managing, leading, and developing the F&B team
- Maintaining the shift rota; ensuring staffing is correct and in line with demand levels
- Ensuring the F&B team are following opening and closing shift procedures
- Supporting the team in delivering excellent levels of customer service
- Advising the F&B team on methods to upsell, cross-sell and ‘add-on’ sales
- Promoting learning and developing initiatives to maximise the talent within the F&B team
- Ensuring our brand values and standards are delivered on every occasion
- Assisting with the planning and execution of special promotional events and private parties
- Assisting your team with working on the floor.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience leading a food and beverage function, as a team leader or supervisor
- Strong commercial acumen to maximise sales
- Enthusiastic, passionate and the ability to build rapport with ease
- Superb levels of customer service and able to build rapport at all levels.
