**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated General Operator to ensure that all products entering and exiting our site meet our stringent quality standards and customer specifications. Your role will be vital in upholding our company policies and procedures, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a General Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- **Maintaining Exceptional Housekeeping**: Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- **Meeting Company Deadlines and Targets**: Working diligently within strict timelines and achieving set targets.
- **Strict Adherence to Health & Safety**: Complying with all health and safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Production Schedule Adherence**:Following production schedules to meet dispatch target dates.
- **Equipment Operation**: Utilising electrical grinding tools and automated lifting equipment for machinery loading and unloading.
- **Correct Tool and Equipment Usage**: Ensuring all tools and equipment are used correctly and safely.
- **PPE Compliance**:Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while performing tasks and duties.
- **Workplace Safety**: Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace consistently.
- **Laboring Duties**: Carrying out various laboring duties within and around the facility.
- **Goods Inspection**: Thoroughly checking and inspecting all received goods to ensure accuracy, specification, and acceptable condition.
- **Policy and Procedure Adherence**: Strictly adhering to HSE and company policies and procedures.
- **Flexible Duties**:Carrying out any other duties as required.
