**Senior Digital Acquisition Manager (Fashion Sector) |Manchester - great level of flexibility/ hybrid |Up to £65k + bonus/benefits**

Zachary Daniels are currently partnered with a leading fashion brand based in Manchester. They are currently looking for a new Senior Digital Acquisition Manager to join their internal digital marketing team.

Your role will be to lead and inspire the acquisitions team and enable them to effectively target consumers and ultimately grow the business.

The brand are experiencing sustained growth and recognition within the industry. They stand for high-end quality and British design. They are well known for providing some of the stand out outfits for occasion-wear for celebrities across the country.

Key areas of responsibility:

- Own all of the media/ traffic driving tactics
- Deliver best practice/strategy across influencer, partnerships, social and paid teams
- Managing the gifting programme across test and learn programmes
- Develop a measurement strategy across ROI and consumer acquisition
- Keep up to date with Ecommerce, media and attribution best practices
- Recruit and reactivate customers to meet budgets within allowable cost per acquisition

Key experience needed:

- Previous experience across customer acquisition strategy
- US market experience (desirable)
- Demonstrable experience effectively measuring ROI internally
- Experience of managing an external company effectively
- Prior experience within a high growth retail or consumer brand
- Understanding and experience in advertising and social media tools
- Experienced manager - who loves developing teams
