Search Healthcare are looking for experienced Mental Health Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to provide person-centred care to clients in and around the Worthing area. We are also looking for staff who can work in Littlehampton, Lancing and Shoreham-by-Sea.
If you have a passion for helping vulnerable people and playing a pivotal role in their treatment and assisting them on their road to recovery then we would love to hear from you
Having a strong sense of responsibility and empathy in your work is integral to the Support Worker role. We have various clients covering different settings from CAMHS services to acute, adult mental health hospitals, to supported living services and elderlycare homes.
We and our clients are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals who can make a difference. You can work either long days or nights, earlies or lates (we work around you and your availability) to provide care to service users who need it most.
