Enclosing Operator

Our client is the market leader in printing and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting to expand their production team for experienced **Enclosing Operator **with the skills to operate printing finishing machinery.

Key activities for an **Enclosing Operator** will include:

- Communicate with the line manager in a timely manner
- Liaise with overseer /operators for handovers and any issues
- Produce work to the highest standards and to obtain maximum output and procedures are followed
- Always maintain and monitor all company processes and procedures
- Flexible approach to shift work and overtime
- Develop knowledge and skills for performance management to create a high-performance culture
- Understand and act on maintenance levels
- To perform any other duties that may be required from time to time

What we are looking for in an **Enclosing Operator**:

- Previous experience operating in fast-paced machine environment
- Flexible attitude willing to work with team to get job completed
- Appreciation of LEAN principles
- Experience on Bowe or Neopost equipment an advantage, other useful machinery includes Bluecrest, Kern, Buhrs, Norpak, Bell & Howell, Sitma, CMC or Pitney Bowes

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,585.00 per year
