This large and respected Multi-Academy Trust is looking for a dynamic HR Officer to support their schools across England.

Working from home, you’ll be part of a school focussed HR team providing HR and recruitment administrative support. You will be handling sensitive information; therefore, confidentiality is a priority.

Responsibilities include:

- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, new starter/leaver forms etc.
- Producing letters as required
- Ensure the relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process and recruitment admin
- Other admin tasks and office support

You have:

- CIPD Level 3 (preferable)
- Experience working within HR or Administration in a school
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and handle a diverse workload
