**Client Details**

My client is a lovely business to work for seeking to add a purchase ledger clerk to their team.

**Description**

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Processing supplier invoices for specified companies
- Produce weekly payment runs
- Enter transfers and online payments and allocate manual payments.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Liaise with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries.
- Monthly check of aged creditors to ensure payments have been made and correctly allocated for specified companies.
- Ensure filing is up to date.
- Ensure procedures are followed and documented at all times.
- Cover for holidays and assist other team members as required.
- Assistance with the annual data cleaning of supplier Sage transactions

**Profile**
- Ideally have purchase ledger experience
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Be a great communicator
