Mdt & Network Data Co-ordinator - Vascular

Our Vascular Unit is looking for an experienced administrator who is efficient, effective and dynamic to become their MDT (multi-disciplinary team) & Network Data Coordinator which is an integral position developed to provide comprehensive support to the Vascular MDT for the collection and recording of clinical data in line with the data quality standards and deadlines of the Vascular Network.
You will be working closely with the Vascular Nurse Specialists and assisting the Vascular team to collect and input patient data as part of the vascular network requirements, forming an understanding of the national vascular data requirements and participate in advising the Vascular team on how best to meet these requirements.
You will be involved in the development of performance dashboards and other reports to enable informed and rapid management decisions to be made on service changes working within the Vascular Department and also support the Vascular Consultants and Nurses as required.
With regards to the MDT you will participate on administrative co-ordination of the MDT (including preparation, coordination, documentation and follow up of all administrative actions from the MDT meetings regardless of originating site), maintain attendance records for MDT meetings and following the meeting and to inform or update any relevant Systems and Data Managers regarding patient outcomes and any delays occurred.
You will work closely with the Nurse Specialists in dealing with any MDT outcomes not completed and ensuring the relevant parties are informed and having a comprehensive record of the conversations and outcome, participate in the monitoring and reporting on National performance against agreed targets such as the Vascular Network, peer review and high impact changes and support the development and implementation of local and Network.
