Office Administrator

**Duties**:

- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
- Assist with proofreading documents and materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed.
- Support office staff with clerical tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when proofreading documents or managing files.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
