Salesperson

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our company.

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for suppling survey appointments to our building surveyor.

This will be achieved by pursuing and booking in hot leads from our existing paid advertising, conversing with existing clients (ie. estate agents & letting agents), setting up new advertising, speaking to potential new clients (estate agents, letting agents etc.) and also from your own new ideas for bringing in clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

We offer a basic salary plus excellent commission on new sales.

28 days holiday pay entitlement.

Pension Scheme.

Pay: £500.00-£1,000.00 per week
