**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure that all public areas are kept clean and tidy, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
- Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and equipment for efficient cleaning operations.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring that all linens are cleaned and stored appropriately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and adhere to hotel policies at all times.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to housekeeping procedures.
