We have a full time position available to work on our busy dementia unit, Silk Ward in Macclesfield, Cheshire. We are looking for an experienced administrator to make this role their own and play an active part in our multidisciplinary team.
This role is to provide the Ward Manager, medical staff and multi-disciplinary teams with quality and comprehensive administrative support, also to the. We are proud of being caring, competent and compassionate, with patients at the heart of what we do. You will play an important part in our aim to provide high quality, safe services which improve the health, well-being and independence of the people within our locality.

You must be able to manage your time effectively and be proactive in managing conflicting deadlines and demands. This is a busy role and you will be the go to person for many administrative enquiries from patient records, stock ordering, data acquisition and reporting, auditing and mandatory training booking.
You will be required to support the Administration Team on the ward and there may be occasions where you will be required to minute meetings as and when needed.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.

All new starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date. P2C offers up to 3 weeks training to support you to meet the induction / initial training requirements of the role.
