We are currently looking for a part time Night Porter to work two evenings per week, **Sunday and** **Monday,** at our 'Country House Hotel in the City'. We are situated on the banks of the River Severn and a few minutes walk from the City Centre of Worcester.

33 bedrooms, Conservatory Restaurant and excellent facilities with fantastic views for weddings and parties, the hotel is a popular destination for residents and non-residents.

**Duties would include**:
Reception, including check in of late arrival guests and check out of early departing guests.

Cash handling

Bar and Room Service

Security of the hotel and guests

Fire warden responsibilities

Light cleaning tasks

Covering for the full time Night Porter during holiday periods.

**Qualities**

Reliable, responsible and committed, initiative and flexible, a 'can do' attitude.

IT skills

Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication.

Have a passion for delivering great customer service

Previous hotel experience and cash handling in a customer service environment is desirable.
