**CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE LAWYER**

A superb opportunity has arisen with this Legal 500 rated Claimant practice for a talented Clinical Negligence Lawyer in Cheshire.

**Role Overview**

This is a fee earner solicitor role where you will manage your own caseload with mínimal supervision. You will deal with all aspects of running the case from taking initial instructions to trial.

The firm is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor who can demonstrate:

- An understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process. You will have experience of running a varied multi-track clinical negligence caseload.
- As a guide our client would expect this role to be suitable for a solicitor with at least 4 years' worth of claimant clinical negligence case handling experience.
- Commercially aware.
- Able to work as part of an existing team.
- Have strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Have the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
- IT literate
- Panel membership would be an advantage
