**Salary**: £20,511 pro rata plus regular bonuses

The Role

Are you someone with enthusiasm and belief in providing excellent customer service?

If so, we are looking for people like you to join our frontline Customer Service teams as an advisor. You will be the **backbone** of our business by supporting and being there for our customers. Whether its supporting our mobile or home broadband customers, you could be helping with a range of **billing** questions or answering a **technical** query they may have. With the **training** and **support** we give you, you’re the **expert** that our customers **love** talking to.

We are more than a team at EE; we are a family, and this ethos includes our customers too. This means that your role will be to make sure our customers receive an exceptional and personal service every single time.

We offer part-time shifts patterns that will be **20/25/30 hrs per week** on the basis of a **3/4/5 day working week**, you can chose which one suits you best

For the Early Shifts each **Sunday and Monday are days of**f

Training for the role is on a **morning** basis.

The **Morning** training will start on the **20th February will be 09:30 -13:45 Mon -Fri**

The **late shifts** will start on the **13th February**

Training for this role is on an evening basis

The evening training will be **16:45 -21:00 Mon-Fri**

We will ask you to indicate yourshift preference when we contact you.
