Role and Responsibilities:

- Support the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager in:

- General Account Management / Client Support
- Attend weekly calls to develop knowledge and relationships
- Maintaining client schedules, calls and meetings
- Administration of information internally and from clients
- Setting up administrative tasks when onboarding new clients
- Support with campaign development via Mailchimp and Hubspot
- Posting on social media channels
- Run detailed reports on all campaigns
- Data management
- Liaise with account managers to finalise and extract campaign data
- Keep data sets tidy and well organised
- Ad hoc tasks around data and admin

**Entry requirements**
- 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written English
- Confident communicator
- Able to quickly adapt and develop skills in the latest design, marketing and web platforms
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task

Our Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship opens the doors to all areas of marketing for apprentices. From copywriting to web design, our programme allows apprentices to find their niche and kickstart what will hopefully be a bright career in the marketing industry. Ultimately, our Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship brings the best of both worlds. Apprentices will gain various creative and technical skills to implement in the workplace, benefiting their career progression. At the same time, your business will reap the rewards from a fresh face you can mould into the employee you want them to be.
