- Handle transactions accurately using the till, including cash handling and basic maths for calculations.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A proactive approach to selling and a willingness to learn about new products.
