**We are thrilled to be seeking a brand-new Managed Services Co Ordinator for our Luxury Coastal Homes sister brand John Bray Cornish Holidays.**

As our newest addition, you will be crucial in supporting the Managed Services Team with the day-to-day operation to ensure that all maintenance, housekeeping, inspections and legislative letting requirements are met and to ensure that, working as part of a team, John Bray is able to supply a 7-day a week service including on-call and out of hours’ support. This will enable us to control and improve the quality of service provided to the owners and guests. Amongst our ongoing growth, we are now seeking our newest Managed Services Coordinator to join our Managed Services department at our Rock Office.

Your new role as Managed Services Manager will see you:

- Assist with the coordination of all aspects of property management and maintenance whether planned, preventative or reactive to ensure that properties are kept to the highest standard and to the satisfaction of owners and tenants.
- Laise with contractors, suppliers, owners and tenants with regards to planning, ordering, housekeeping, gardening, window cleaning.
- Carry out checks and inspection of properties on changeovers or whenever necessary including writing reports and updating system.
- Help improve, develop and implement administrative systems.
- Fulfilment of other tasks assigned by the Managers and Directors.
- Assist in monitoring all waste disposal arrangements for all properties, ensuring documentation and information is correct for guests.
- Participate with other members of staff as necessary to develop company policy.
- Ensure Housekeeping and Quality issues are responded to and successfully resolved within agreed service level targets.
- Quickly investigate and understand issues and come up with a commercially sensible solution acceptable to all parties involved.
- Maintain thorough and written records of all issues.
- Proactively identify potential complaints and issues and resolving them quickly.
- Escalate any urgent/high priority issues in line with company policies.
- Provide a professional and compassionate service that converts potential complainants into advocates for the brand.
- Act as duty on-call representative - additional pay for these hours
- Recommend changes to systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the Managed Services functions.
- Ensure best practice is always delivered.
- Attend conferences and training where necessary.
- Work in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and to ensure all new systems and data are secure

**Skills and Qualifications**

All we ask is you have the following (we can handle the rest)...
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- IT literate and able to learn new skills
- Ability to work on own initiative

- Conflict resolution experience
- Good knowledge of John Bray Cornish Holidays Brand
- Good knowledge of the brand region

Please note: the working hours for this role are 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, covering 1 Saturday in 4, with a day in lieu

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
