Early Years Educator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate a range of age-appropriate activities and experiences in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Monitor and assess children's progress and keep accurate records of their development
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and providing advice and guidance when necessary
- Work collaboratively with other members of the EYFS team to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school activities as required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience working with children aged 3 to 5 years old
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its principles
- Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality activities and experiences that meet the individual needs and interests of children
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to the profession
