Care in Mind have an exciting opportunity for a _Referrals Assistant_ to join our friendly and professional team. You will be based from our Head Office in Stockport but will work to a hybrid model working 40% of your time in the office, 60% at home.
Your role will be to support the Business Development Team with overall service occupancy and assist in facilitating a smooth transition for young people from point of referral throughout the Care in Mind referral pathway. You will respond to all enquiriesand referrals received and accurately record these on these on the CRM system. Your role will involve updating the electronic care system and liaison with our clinical and residential team to co-ordinate and arrange assessments. You will play a key role inensuring an effective and responsive referral experience.

Requirements of a _Referrals Assistant_
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Grade C or higher in English.
- NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care, Business Admin or equivalent or willing to work towards this
- Previous experience of working in a busy administrative role
- Good verbal & written communication skills and the ability to assist with reports and record information accurately
- Able to effectively and efficiently manage patient information to populate care records.
- Able to deal with a wide range of people and establish effective and professional working relationships with staff, managers and external bodies.
- Able to utilise a Customer Relationship Management System to ensure all stakeholders and referrals information is included on the system.
- Able to work from home where necessary - Effective Wi-Fi connection and suitable working space.
- Previous experience of working in the healthcare industry (NHS/private healthcare) is desirable
