As a marketing-driven enterprise, we constantly engage in dynamic marketing projects and ongoing activity, ensuring a continuous stream of communications with our customers.

**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- In-house Marketing_
- Leading the execution of our social media marketing strategy (paid and organic) to generate leads across our channels.
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple organic channels.
- Setting up and optimising Meta & Pinterest paid ads (messaging / creative / audiences.)
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics from organic and paid social campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Assist in the creation of content across all our marketing channels (marketing materials and video production).
- Liaising with customers to procure user-generated content (photos, interviews).
- Writing customer-centric blogs in keeping with the correct Grillo brand voice and SEO best practice.
- Assisting in the launch and promotion of new products and initiatives.
- Events & Studio Assistance_
- Planning our events & attending events to generate leads.
- Food and prop procurement for video shoots / interviews / photoshoots.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Essential_:

- Educated to degree level
- 3 years of proven experience in a social media marketing role
- Proven experience of leading projects and following things through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to craft brand stories
- A creative flair and ability to come up with new ideas
- Analytical when it comes to marketing metrics
- Self-motivated and keen to get stuck in
- Thrives in fast-paced growth environment
- Desirable_:

- Photography / videography experience
- Video editing experience
- Canva/Photoshop pro
- Experience with building and maintaining websites
- Confident people person
- An interest in food & home improvement
- Great taste and a flair for luxury branding
- Understanding of SEO best practices
