Transactional Procurement Partner

We are looking for several
Transactional Procurement Partner to join our rapidly growing NHS SBS
Transactional Procurement Team
Experience in operating
within a key function to manage the Procurement Ordering system to successful creation
of Purchase Orders by liaising with a wide range of internal and external
stakeholders -thus supporting the smooth management of the Purchase to pay
process?

**What you'll be doing**:
Review procurement requirements, in
line with the compliance and standard financial instructions per trust.
Review non compliant requistions and
communicate and Liase with clients to ensure they are compliant.
To review documentation including
contracts, quotes and catalogue
items for processing requisitions.
Work with the Transactional Procurement
team to action and resolve and queries for Internal and external
customers.
Provide advice and guidance to External
stakeholders on effective
submission of requisitions, working with them to ensure that they submit
compliant requistions that support faster processing of PO’s.
You will be required to support external stakeholders on locating orders not
received.

**What you’ll bring**:
A proven ability in IT systems with MS Office skills
Procurement experience
desirable not essential.
A proven ability to deliver quickly and
accurately to customers across a high volume of requests.
A high level of organisational skills,
effective time-management and a proactive approach to delivery.
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, able to work with stakeholders at a variety of
levels within NHS SBS and customer organisations.

**It would be great if you had**:
A proven ability in IT systems with MS Office skills
Procurement experience
desirable not essential.

**Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Location**: Anywhere (travel to the NW Hub (Salford) and to client
and supplier sites monthly)

**Security Clearance Level**: DBS

**Salary**: Up to £ £20,457.00
per annum (depending upon experience and development needs)

**Benefits**: 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional
