**We will rely on you to**:

- Assist with the renewal of reinsurance programs with a focus on regional/multinational clients and prospects.
- Meet with clients, as necessary, to learn their needs and maintain/develop strong relationships.
- Analyse risks and assist with developing solutions for clients’ needs.
- Assist with responding to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly in order to maintain client satisfaction.
- Communicate with GC Network, providing knowledge and expertise on FINPRO products and inform on the latest market trends and entrants in the London market.
- Demonstrate proficient awareness of market conditions to better serve clients and obtain the best terms from the Markets.
- Initiate renewal process of placements in good time anticipating and preventing problems when possible.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance/reinsurance companies to efficiently communicate client demands and requests internally.
- May be required to assist colleagues placing different lines of business within the Team

- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Solid international (re)insurance market knowledge.
- Good knowledge of financial and professional risks products
- Numeric and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret a balance sheet.
- The ability and dedication to handle high work volumes at peak times of the year.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients and industry leaders at all levels (team player).

**What makes you stand out**:

- University graduate with Mathematics, Finance, Statistics preferred but not essential.
- Experienced Healthcare Broker.
- Account handling end to end.
- Experience in Facultative Reinsurance.
- Comparable experience within (re)insurance broking
- Experience working with multi-national clients and stakeholders across all management levels
- Well-versed in MSOffice software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
