Due to the opening of our brand-new practice in Hethersett, Rowan House Vets, (previously known as Wymondham Vets) are looking to welcome a receptionist join our independent, small animal practice, on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will need to respond effectively to varying circumstances that arise in a busy veterinary practice.

Our team is currently made up of 4 vets, 7 RVN’s, 1 Kennel assistant and 2 receptionists.

Although previous experience in a veterinary setting is not essential, it would be an advantage.

- An excellent ability to communicate effectively.
- Good computer literacy and skills.
- Resilience when working under pressure.

Role:

- No bank holidays/ Sundays.
- 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday based on a 4 day working week.
- 5- hour shift on a Saturday (1 in 4 rota).
