**Location**:90% Hybrid Home working with the occasional visit to the Coventry site**
**Rate**:£27.51ph Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £20.80ph PAYE**

This role is the Senior HR Systems & Data Consultant within the HR Technology team. The role will focus on the development, maintenance and testing of SAP HCM/HR. This involves working closely with HR process teams and IT teams
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
- Act as the functional expert for SAP HCM/HR Business solution lead for required changes to SAP ensuring robust design and use along with clear definition of business system requirements.
- Working closely with HR Direct process teams to provide key end user support and identify opportunities for HR System enhancements.
- Managing troubleshooting and resolution of complex system defects and technical incidents with IT partners & suppliers (ticket handling)
- Attend product and user forums for knowledge sharing and best practice, to learn practice from other external organisations & partners
- Lead and participate in business system testing (SIT and UAT) for new HR System releases
- Ensure up to date version controlled documentation on system configuration and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex end user support issues, working with IT partners (i.e. TCS, SAP)
- Lead or support the delivery of projects impacting on HR systems
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential**:
- Specialist knowledge/experience of SAP HR / HCM configuration
- Methodical detailed approach to work context
- Experience in building and managing relationships with wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in change management / HR system implementations / transformation programmes
- Experience in HR system consultation
**Desirable**:
- Understanding of HR transactional processes
- Experience of using SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience of using Service Management solutions as a user eg. SAP Customer for Service
- Experience of working on business transformation/technology implementation programmes
- Experience of working in a cross-functional team
- Experience of implementing a HR or finance technology system
- Experience of working in Agile Scrum teams.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
