**What You’ll Do**

Working in a fast paced environment, our Multi Skilled Operatives are responsible for operating a Reach FLT, replenishing empty picking locations, putting away of incoming customer stock, pallet relocation, picking and marshalling of packaged chilled products, and the loading and unloading of pallets on to vehicle trailers.

As a business, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a **4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern**. For this role, our shift pattern would cover both days and nights on a rotational basis;
- ** Permanent Days**, 6.00am to 6.00pm** Hourly Rate of £13.26**:

- ** Permanent Nights**, 6.00pm to 6.00am** Hourly Rate of £14.30**

The role offers a competitive salary of** £28,960 to £31,231 **dependent on shift pattern, with overtime opportunities available. Our overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with a **Reach Truck **is essential, D2 experience is preferred
- Counter balance, VNA and PPT is desirable
- Expected to operate all MHE required to deliver operational requirements
- Ability to work within a chilled environment
- Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Conscientious and reliable nature
