EAST has a new vacancy within our business. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead/chair project handover meetings ensuring the successful onboarding of new installation and connection projects.
- Ensure actions are followed up and cleared following internal and external client meetings.
- Value engineering - identify alternate ways to deliver works to achieve time or commercial savings.
- Produce project programmes and co-ordinate key deliverable dates between design and project delivery.
- Ensure the planning stage of all projects is in line with agreed timescales.
- Attend project review meetings.
- Track financial progress throughout the project, identifying issues early with the PM.
- Coordinate the Project Engineers and Administrators to ensure timescales are met.
- Manage small projects and/or those where alternative services are being provided.
- Undertake site visits/client meetings.
- Liaise with suppliers and the DNO during early stages of projects to obtain information and responses.
- Chase suppliers for updates on long lead items of equipment, escalate any issues with regards to timescales.
- Identify additional opportunities for EAST and help enable the business to grow.
- Collate and present key plant and subcontractor quotes to the Project Managers, identifying specification, scope compliance and value against the budget.
- Act as key central point of contact for customers.
- Work closely with the Projects Director and Technical Director to ensure compliance against company delivery processes/Quality Assurance.
- Experience in a busy office environment.
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills to handle multiple responsibilities and projects.
- Strong communication skills both with colleagues and customers.
- A proactive and problem solving manner.
- Be a team player and enjoy both individual and shared success.
