We want to strengthen our client support team with a committed financial planning administrator, paraplanner or trainee adviser keen to progress to an adviser.

We will provide a collaborative environment to empower you to have a positive impact, provide perspective to make good decisions and add value to our clients whilst learning all aspects of our business.

This is a vital role in our company, and we wish to hire someone with talent, ambition, and a dedication to continuous improvement. The role will involve supporting the director and practice manager, and we will highly value your support.

This varied role will involve attending client meetings and guiding clients through complex financial planning and terminology. This includes:

- Running annual planning meetings with clients.
- Preparation of financial planning reports.
- Working closely with the broader support team to ensure excellent client service.
- Work towards taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients.

**Essential Skills**
- **Have a background in financial planning gained within an IFA/financial planning firm, provider, wealth manager or platform.**:

- **Progress with Diploma exams.**

**Desirable Skills**
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Numerical.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable conversing with clients naturally and positively to understand their motivations.
- Experience with report writing.
- Company Information.
- Compassionate, empathetic and able to build relationships.
