The centre is always busy, each week we run a few pool-based classes and our swim school is incredibly popular alongside these we have a busy timetable with options for the whole family. Diss Leisure Centre is part of the South Norfolk and Broadland council and is one of 5 leisure sites. We are a close team with lots of friendly faces, we strive for everyone to have a happy working environment with plenty of opportunity to gain qualifications and continue to develop in your careers.

**What you’ll be doing **
- Supervising the pool area
- Setting up activities within the centre such as putting lane ropes out for sessions/classes/swim school and putting out equipment.
- Ensuring the centre is well run, clean and tidy, and always ready for business
- Delivering excellent customer service

**You must have**

Have RLSS/NPLQ National Pool Lifeguard and a First Aid Qualification (or willingness to undertake the training with us which will involve a practical swim assessment). Previous experience in a leisure centre is desirable, with good concentration skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our customers.
