**The Role**

**Gibbs & Dandy - Customer Service Assistant - Doncaster**

Our branches are busy places, with lots going on inside and out. As a Customer Service Assistant, your role will be essential to keeping our branch and yard running smoothly. From serving our customers in the yard to loading vehicles ready for delivery,and from monitoring stock to growing our sales, you'll be at the heart of our operations. The role is predominantly based outside, which means you'll face the cold of winter and the warmth (hopefully) of summer, but we'll provide you with the things you needto do the job, whatever the weather

Working for Gibbs & Dandy, no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to support and advise customers on our extensive building products and service range - no matter how big or small their project is

You'll join Gibbs & Dandy Doncaster. This branch is well-established and busy, with a friendly team of 12 who work hard to offer a great service and excellent product knowledge. So, what are we looking for?
- A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
- The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive team player
- A full UK driving license, as you'll also need to operate a forklift truck to ensure our delivery drivers get in and out in double quick time.
- A forklift licence would be also be an advantage, however it's not essential as we can organise training for you.

**Hours of work**:7:30 - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, plus every other Sat 8am - 12pm.
