Karen Millen have a new opportunity for a talented Hair and Make Up artist. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to showcase your glam expertise and contribute to our vibrant ecommerce gallery.As our in-house hair & make up artist you’ll be responsible for making sure our models look and feel Karen Millen on set. You will show passion for hair and for make up ensuring standards are retained throughout the day and guidelines are consistently maintained with refreshes identified.

**What you'll be doing**
- Reporting directly into the studio manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hair & make function and standards.
- Produce exceptional hair and make up looks collaborating on briefs with your stylist and taking guidance from our Art Director.
- Be the go to person for all things hair and make up related
- Work to realistic, agreed timeframes, ensuring you are on set on time and KPIs are adhered to.
- Build rapport with your on set and production teams and be a team player
- Create forums for feedback, critique and collaboration
- Have strong and professional relationships with your models
- Demonstrating brand awareness and lead the way for reviews and market research in your area.
- Good team player always willing to take on ad-hoc tasks that support the smooth running of the studio function and standards
