We are looking for a Service Manager to join and lead our exceptional Community Wellbeing Team.
**Could this be you?**
As the Service Manager you will be supporting the Director of Service by undertaking direct management of multiple contracts that include: social prescribing, community engagement, community pantry, the provision of social activities to older persons residentin extra care housing and the wider community, with the overall service objective of improving wellbeing amongst clients.
**Service Manager Responsibilities**:
As the Service Manager you will have the responsibility to ensure that service provision meets all staffing, contractual, legal and quality audit requirements. You will be able to plan, manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure all stakeholder requirementsare met.
**Service Manager Requirements**:
This opportunity would suit a person who is currently established in a similar role or in a middle management level role who has the tenacity and drive to progress into Service Management. The successful individual will need to have a flexible approach to workingto meet the needs of the service and some travel will be required between service localities within Gloucestershire.
