Recruitment Executive - Part time (25 hours) Remote working role, with potential to grow into full time.
Redcurrant provide high quality temp and perm staff to salons and spas across the UK and are now seeking a new recruitment executive to join our team to assist with growing the brand.
Quality and reliability are key characteristics that are at the heart of the Redcurrant brand and the coordination and organisation of each temp desk is critical to the delivery of this brand promise. As a result, we are looking for our new recruitment execto come with proven co-ordination and organisational skills within the spa or salon industry. You may have worked as a Spa Manager or supervisor or have been a recruitment or reservations coordinator for a brand. You will also need account management and businessdevelopment skills to succeed in this role and we are looking for someone ideally with experience of B2B sales and account management.
You will be a proactive, target orientated, self-starter, with a warm personality; the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a variety of people. You must be confident in working within a very fast paced environment, be a problemsolver and able to work under pressure.
Competitive salary + commission, permanent contract, part time hours Monday to Thursday - afternoons, Friday - all day and some Saturdays. The role will be based from home with on-going contact and communication with the team via phone and zoom.
The role will involve:
Meet agreed monthly new business targets and continually strive to exceed the minimum objectives
Ensuring that monthly targets and KPIs are met
Marketing job opportunities via job sites and social media
Handling the entire recruitment process including data processing, interviews and trades tests
Oversee the day to day operations for the temp booking desk including urgent requests and sickness.
Complete registration for all new therapists
- A qualification in NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 3 or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years Salon/Spa experience at supervisory or management level
- Experience of account management and B2B sales
- A very high standard of treatments
- Competent with all Microsoft programs
- Strong knowledge of social media
- Experience of recruiting staff
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
