HR Administrator

TC Facilities Management are currently recruiting for a proactive HR Administrator, for our support office. This role is hybrid, working 3 days a week in our Tadworth support office and 2 days per week from home.
**Job role**:
- Support, the HR Advisor in all employee relations matters including general enquiries, employment law, company procedures. disciplinary and grievance or absence issues.
- To work alongside the People Team to develop knowledge & experience
- Develop customer service skills to be a first point of contact for colleagues and managers
- To support the People Team with administration tasks i.e. letter writing, references etc.
- Updating documents & data within our systems
- Supporting with welfare meetings and occupational health referrals
- Notetaking for meetings
- Assisting with project work within the HR team
- Supporting the administration of the appraisal process
**Skills required**
- Min of 6 months experience working as a HR Administrator
- Can work using own initiative
- Good IT skills
- GCSE qualifications in maths & English would be an advantage
- Level 3 CIPD qualification
