**WHAT DOES THE JOB INVOLVE?**:

- Handle queries relating to account administration, investments and pensions and you will tailor responses to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Providing the best customer service to all clients and taking ownership of every interaction and respond in a professional and timely manner.
- Explaining complex information in a simple way that empowers our clients to save and invest with confidence.
- Collaborate with different teams across the company and contribute to a supportive environment that shares knowledge and expertise.

No financial experience, no problem You'll start our training programme on your first day at HL that includes side by side coaching and interactive workshops on specialist topics. Along with our tailored training programme and Helpdesk Career DevelopmentPlan, we also offer funded professional qualifications.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for talented people just like you who can demonstrate the skills below
- English and Maths GCSEs grades C / 4 or above (or equivalent qualifications/experience)
- Have some previous experience working in a customer service or client-facing role
- Eager to learn, with ambition and enthusiasm to grow
- Remain patient and able to empathise with clients who may need additional support
- Act as a proactive team member that will foster an inclusive work environment
- Communicate effectively and adapt communication styles to suit individual clients
