We have some exciting opportunities available at Barking and Dagenham College. We are looking for motivated, learner-centred and outstanding **Lecturer - Counselling**, for this part-time (18 hours per week, 0.5 FTE role, one year fixed term contract), who can subscribe to our shared value set and our leadership behaviours, which are intended to deliver our vision which is**:A truly great college - passionate about success**

further education teaching qualification.

Recent and relevant experience of teaching Counselling to learners from Level 2 to Level 6 is essential, and evidence of recent teaching and assessment in delivering
Counselling programmes is highly desirable.

Barking & Dagenham College is a vibrant and highly successful College in East London with circa 7,500 students, circa 500 established staff and a turnover of £35m. The College offers routes into learning from entry level through to MBA level, including apprenticeships, higher level apprentices, higher education and job centre plus clients. We have technical specialist areas from level 3 and above with a broad-based curriculum up to level 2.
