Our Client, one of the major Japanese IT/Telecom service providers throughout the world. They are currently looking for a Japanese speaking Service Delivery Manager.

The role is to take care of the company’s ICT service related business in the Provisioning Management Team of the Solutions Division

**Responsibilities**:

- ICT network service delivery and process management support for the company and their group companies in Europe and HQ in Japan;
- Ordering related to ICT network services (new, modifications, cancellations)
- Provisioning related to ICT network services (new, modifications, cancellations)
- Business negotiation co-ordination with the company, business partners and co-workers
- Proactively helping and supporting other members of the provisioning management team
- Providing regular provisioning management reports and other reports when requested by senior managers
- Improving internal provisioning management flow, procedure and its management
- Communicating with other teams to support sales promises
- Sharing experience and knowledge to facilitate the smooth running of other teams
- Providing other departments with ideas for developing services
- Working closely with the quotation team and support their presales activities when possible
- Establish good relationship with carriers and conduct quality improvement activities for NW Business
- Keeping to all department & HR procedures set by the company or senior managers
- Adhering to all rules and regulations as stated in the Staff Handbook Ad hoc requests from your line manager

**Requirements**:

- Business level of Japanese and English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
- Solid experience of order management or something similar
- Experience of customer facing work and carrier negotiation
- Knowledge of corporate engineering services and products
- Full understanding of the company’s service and product portfolio
- Excellent computer skills & knowledge of office software
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Professional and commercially aware
- A good and polite communicator, at all levels

**Conditions**:

- Salary - £30,000 per annum
