- Completing Valuations in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a compliant file
- Ensure any documents received are filed and distributed correctly
- Play an active part in business development initiatives, looking for ways to improve the Client Relationship role and department efficiencies.

**Your development**

We provide a complementary range of learning opportunities to ensure that you maximise your potential in areas such as becoming a trusted adviser, how to network, presentation skills etc with opportunities for progression around the firm. These will comprise personal effectiveness as well as your technical skills.

We have 6 monthly performance review conversations to ensure your development is on track, as well as optional monthly 1-2-1s. You will also have the opportunity to work with a mentor.

We also encourage you to get involved in wider firm initiatives and have your say on how we can progress on our journey towards being the best North-West firm of finance professionals.

There would also be the option to work towards a recognised qualification in the field should you wish, such as a Level 3 Award in Financial Administration.

**Your attributes**:
As well as experience within admin or financial planning, we’d like you to be:

- Keen to play an active role in a dynamic team and willing to contribute to the success of the team and the firm as a whole.
- Passionate about providing great client service.
- Great at communicating with people at all levels - face to face and in writing.
- Positive and good at using your initiative.
- Good at working under pressure.
- Motivated and well organised.
- Excellent at managing your own workload within given timescales and ensuring clients expectations are met, or exceeded.
