**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Fast Falls Response LTD in Ferndown and surrounding areas. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing personalized care that promotes the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of elderly clients. Your contributions will help us uphold our mission of delivering exceptional home care services.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and families
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for clients
- Administer medication as prescribed and assist with mobility
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- **Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in elderly care or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families
- Knowledge of care plans and home care practices
- Ability to drive is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes are beneficial but not required
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to person-centered care
- Willingness to undergo further training as needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
