**THE COMPANY**:

**THE ROLE**:

- Oversee the design, development, implementation and optimisation of Credit Risk Customer Strategies across multiple (established and start-up) unsecured lending portfolios
- Drive customer profitability through the development and optimisation of Customer Management Strategies
- Oversee delivery of strategic initiatives including balance credit limit changes, balance transfers, balance growth, affordability, transactional analytics etc
- Advise the company on all aspects of Credit Risk management and Analytics
- Ensure robustness of standards, controls and practices in place to mitigate risk
