Thesuccessful applicant should have excellent time management and organisational skills with good knowledge of ITIL best practises.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide first and second level technical support on incidents and problems.
- Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality.
- Create, maintain and utilise documentation.
- Assist building compliance with processes and policies.

**Desirable skills/technologies**:

- Exposure to automation software (e.g. **Ansible**,**Puppet**).
- Experience or knowledge of various RedHat related products including **Satellite 6**, **OpenShift 3/4**, **RHEL/CentOS 6/7/8** and **RHEL Atomic/CoreOS.**:

- Knowledge of scripting with **Bash**, **Python** and/or **Git.**:

- Experience with **AWS.**:

- Basic understanding of **CLI.
