**Brief overview of the role**:
Digital Marketer Apprentice (Digital Agent) is required to join a small, growing and busy team. You will engage with the public through social media to ensure visitor flow to digital sites. You will learn how to analyse and report on visitor data and devise new ways to market products for maximum customer and sales engagement.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**Vacancy description**:
You will be working alongside a passionate and driven social media specialist who believes in opportunity and is looking forward to sharing their knowledge and providing an all-encompassing experience. You will be someone interested in learning about what in time will be your clients, getting to know and understand the people involved, products and the positive stories that go with them, you will use social media as a way to bring those stories to life through channels such as videos, blogging and case studies.

**Duties**:
As a Digital Marketer Apprentice (Digital Agent) you will be involved with the following:
Planning digital campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery.
Analysing the success of client campaigns, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence.
Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Trip Adviser)
Conducting Market Research.
Collecting and logging customer feedback.
Create Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising campaigns.
Writing engaging content.
Being a part of client/brand meetings.
Creating monthly client reports using Google Analytics or internal software.
Keeping track of the latest digital campaign trends and analysing digital behaviour.
Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis of whether they meet the demands of the project
Forming strong relationships with the client and developing communication channels between the relevant parties
Regularly updating key stakeholders on project status
Working as part of a team to win new business and develop current client relationships as part of the business pipeline
Helping resolve customer queries and complaints.
Resolving disputes and logging them.
In the long term, you can expect to be managing key client accounts.

**Training to be provided**:
Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement

All training is delivered online in virtual classrooms twice per week

You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed

**Future Prospects**:
A permanent position and in the long term be Key Account Manager, this is a small but growing company so the opportunity is there for your to grow with them.
