My client is looking for an experienced Independent Financial Planner to join their award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm. The role is salaried with benefits and un-capped earnings opportunity. You will receive full support from a fantastic paraplanningand adviser support team. You will have access to new leads from their Business Development team in addition to a client bank to service and grow. They are a client centric business who pride themselves on there advice and service helping clients plan fora life well-lived. **Independent Financial Adviser Qualifications and attributes**
**Essential**
- **Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is a pre-requisite**:
- CAS and Current Statement of Professional Standing
- Experience as a practising financial planner
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able and willing to travel to clients across Cumbria
**Independent Financial Adviser**
**Desirable**
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative working style and commitment to get the job done
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- History of providing Independent Financial Advice with breadth of advice
- High level of attention to detail
- Understanding of UK financial regulatory framework and legislation
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
