We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated LSA to work 28.75 hours a week (8:45am - 3:15pm) in our friendly and supportive Key stage 2 team. The duties will be split between working with groups and individuals in class, and organising and leading intervention strategies for small groups/individuals outside of the classroom.

Our school ethos is rooted in the United Nations Convention for the Rights of the Child and we pride ourselves on the relationships that we build between our pupils, parents, staff and governors.

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:

- Have GCSE grade C or higher/equivalent in English and Mathematics i.e. NVQ 3
- An ability to use ICT effectively to support learning
- Good communication skills and able to clarify and explain instructions clearly
- Excellent literacy/numeracy skills
- Team worker
- Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
- Nurture experience preferable
- Be able to proactive and use their initiative when appropriate

Salary Details: Grade C(£23,115 - £24,140 pro rata)
